Hey there folks we just wanted to take a few seconds to announce that Dr. Aylor will be giving a few talks about Core Re-education this month. We are currently scheduled to speak at Warrior Playground gym on the 20th and Peak fitness on the 27th. These will be short talks with a little demonstration to follow as well as a Q and A.

Although the core has been a much talked about subject over the last 10-20 years I find most people really miss the boat on what’s important when it comes to stabilizing of the core. We will be discussing the muscles of the core, Intra-abdominal pressure, strength v. stability, posture, core stability and its effect on the extremities, and take you through a quick little exercise you can practice at home to help with your core education.

If you are of the many that feel like they put a ton of work into training that 6 pack (looks good but is bad for stability and posture) and can’t quite seem to get there come have a listen and we’ll show you how to be more efficient with your core training. Oh and did I mention it is free? No cost to you but you get everything you could ever want to know about stabilizing your core, which by default will help to stabilize the shoulders, knees and hips!
